Since founding HYDRA in 1989, Ross Coleman has consulted, published and lectured extensively on the creation of wetlands for water quality improvement and wildlife habitat and restoration of streams and riparian zones for both the public and private sectors. He is also Principal Grower for HYDRA's nursery facilities, which supply more than 120 species of wetland plants, shrubs and woody trees to contractors, individuals, retailers and industry clients throughout the United States.
